Sad but true, almost 90% na nasa network marketing ang nag-ququit sa kanilang business.

Karamihan sa mga nag-ququit ay mga baguhan palang or nasa 1st to 4th month ng kanilang business.

1. Walang bala

Mostly na networkers ay salang agad sa battlefield ng network marketing business. Hindi muna nila pinag-aaralang maigi yung sistema. Marami na rin akong nakita na sa first few weeks nila or sa first month nila sa 

business ay nag-ququit sila dahil di muna inaral ng mabuti yung negosyo at hindi alam gawin. Nag-popost sila ng ads or nag-iinvite kagad sila ng mga tao kahit wala pa silang tinatawag na SKILLS.

2. Emotions

Bakit emotional? Sa experience ko, unang una na nasa listahan na pipigilan ka sa negosyo mo at success ay pamilya mo, mga kamag-anak mo at mga kaibigan mo. Pagtatawanan ka pa, hihindi-an ka pa kapag niyaya mo at sila pa yung nagdududa sayo. Kaya yung mga networkers, lalo na pag baguhan, konting negative things lang at salita ng kakilala nila ay na-buburn out kagad sila. Nakadikit kasi yung emosyon nila dun sa sinabi sakanila. Ito yung mga ilan na maririnig mo:

"Totoo ba yan? Nagpapaniwala ka diyan?!"

"Scam yan, wala kang mapapala diyan."

"Di yan totoo."

"Di ka uunlad diyan."

"Nasa itaas lang naman yung yayaman diyan eh, di naman ikaw."

"Di mo kayang gawin yan, mahirap yan."

at marami pang iba..

Noong unang salta ko sa business na ito, nag-message sakin yung isa sa mga kamag-anak ko, sabi niya sakin, "pamangkin, wala ng naglilike sa mga post mo oh, and be aware sa mga friends mo baka i-delete ka, watch out."

Grabe di ba? =) Pero alam ko at ramdam ko na di siya interesado sa business ko. Hinayaan ko lang, di ako nakinig, di ako nag-quit, nagtuloy pa din ako hanggang sa magka-resulta ako.

Isa pang pwede mong maramdam ay Disappointments.

Naranasan mo ba na may kausap ka tapos sinabi sayo mag-jojoin na kagad siya tapos sabi, mag-iipon daw muna tapos, hindi ka na sinasagot pagtapos mong i-follow up? Badtrip di ba? ;)

Kapag ang isang networker nagpadala sa emosyon lalo na kung negative yung ibinato sakanya at hindi niya na-handle ng maigi yun, titigil sya sa business niya. Kung isa kang networker, pag-aralan at kontrolin mo yung sa bawat ibabato sayong negative things. Gawin mong motivation yun at mas lalong pag-igihan pa.

3. Naubusan ng panggalaw

Sa mga narinig kong istorya at sa mga nabasa kong articles tungkol sa mga networkers, ito yung isa sa mga naging problema nila. Kasi mas malaki pa yung ginagastos nila kaysa sa kita nila sa business nila lalo na kung nasa umpisang stage ka palang. Karamihan kasi para ma-invite at ma-presentan mo sila, kailangan mo muna silang ilibre, ilibre ng pamasahe, ilibre ng miryenda o kaya ilibre ng investment (kung medyo maliit lang), kaya madalas, nauuwi sila sa pangungutang para may panggalaw sila at ang hindi maganda, mas lumalaki yung utang nila kaysa sa kinikita nila. Kapag nag-uumpisa ng lumaki yung utang, nag-ququit sila.

4. Nauubusan ng prospects

Minsan ba, feeling mo, nauubusan ka na ng prospects? Feeling mo sa sobrang dami niyo ng member eh wala nang jo-join sa business mo?

Minsan, naramdaman ko din yan. Yung pakiramdam na wala ka ng makakausap at mapapakitaan ng business mo. Pero ayos lang yan, di ka nag-iisa. Normal lang yan.

Kapag kasi naramdaman mo na nauubusan ka na ng taong makakausap para mapakitaan mo ng business mo, pang-hihinaan ka ng loob, tatanungin mo yung sarili mo, "bakit kaya walang lumalapit sakin kahit pino-promote ko naman yung business ko?" then eventually, mag-ququit ka.

Ano nga ba ulit yung dahilan mo bakit ginagawa mo yang business na yan?

Para sa pamilya mo ba? Sa pangarap mo? Magkaroon ng time and financial freedom para makasama mo yung pamilya mo?

Lagi mo hugutin sa bulsa yung main reason mo para lagi kang maging excited, para maabot mo unti unti yung pangarap at gusto mo.

Maraming tao ang sumasali sa network marketing dahil basta lang gustong magka-pera.

MANILA -- A tearful Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. announced to showbiz media friends in a post-New Year gathering that he will finally give his side in the pork barrel controversy in a forthcoming privilege speech at the Senate.

Revilla, who came with his wife Cavite Rep. Lani Mercado, said he and his family are now devoting more time to Bible studies after he was implicated in the pork barrel scam.

"Sinurrender ko na sa Lord ang lahat. The truth will set us free. Lugmok kami pero babangon ako!" Revilla said.

Revilla is one of the three senators facing plunder charges before the Office of the Ombudsman over the anomaly.

Revilla, Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and others accused allegedly conspired with Janet Lim Napoles, the alleged mastermind in the scam, and other government officials in funneling billions of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) to bogus non-government organizations (NGOs) the businesswoman allegedly set up.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) earlier said Revilla accumulated the biggest kickback amounting to P224.5 million.

The senator, for his part, admitted that the Revillas and the Napoleses know each other and sometimes meet in social gatherings, but denied any involvement in the scam, saying "I am not a thief."
